(There are more; these are the most significant; e.g. I developed a Realtor® contribution system for CEEF that advertises Cupertino Schools and donates $250 per closed transaction utilizing sign riders. Mitty’s Golf Tournament benefits children on student aid at the school through a book scholarship program. I’ve been on that committee for 20 years and contributed approximately $60,000 during that time.)
Production:
For the past 25 years I have been ranked in the top 1% to 3% for each of the large brokerages I have worked for as a real estate agent (Contempo, Seville, Coldwell Banker).
My areas of expertise are: Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Saratoga, Los Gatos, Los Altos, Willow Glen, Santa Clara, Campbell, Rose Garden, Downtown. In the past 5 years I have sold homes from Scotts Valley to San Carlos, Menlo Park to Morgan Hill, but most of my production comes from the West Valley area (highway 880 west to the foothills). I estimate that I have sold more than 600 houses, townhouses, and condos in Silicon Valley.
